Collection: Kilim Rugs

Kilim rugs, primarily refer to a type of flat weave rug that was produced without knotted pile. Since this is one of the oldest methods of rug production, it is considered to be primitive compared to Oriental hand knotted rugs. Wool is primarily used in kilims but cotton with wool can also be seen. These type of rugs are extremely durable and are frequently ideal for outdoor areas and high traffic areas.

All our rugs are vacumed and checked for stains or major repairs needs prior to shipping. As these rugs are vintage we cannot vouch for where they were prior to us acquiring them and some level of "use" is considered acceptable.
